Im looking for a roommate or a room to share nearby west campus. now Ive taken classes in tempe campus, however, Ill take most of classes in west campus from next spring semester. Im a japanese male. 10min's Walk to ASU tempe, studio 600$/mon by silfruit on Sat Nov 08, 2008 12:43 pm I would like to sublease my APT from Dec. 27, 2008 to July 27, 2009. My room is only 10 minutes' walk, 3 minutes' bike from ASU Tempe campus. Free orbits (Mercury and Jupiter) are available in front of the APT's main gate. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a sofa, a table, a bookshelf, a microwave oven, a refridgerator, a closet, an 4-burner electric stove, a TV. Water and waste are included, and the electricity is about 20-25$ per month. Because it is very good and convenient, the rent is worth 600$/mon.
